The Union Cortex Business Park offers three good meeting rooms and a lounge that functions both as a daily dining area and as an auditorium or event space for larger gatherings. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer catering.
Meeting room 1
Mødelokale 1 finder du i stueetagen i forlængelse af business loungen til højre for hovedindgangen. Lokalet er indrettet med et aflangt bord med 8 stole og en stor skærm med videoudstyr. Du kan koble din skærm til AV-udstyret med Clickshare eller HDMI. Du finder ekstra forlængerledning i skabet ved siden af skærmen.
You will find Meeting Room 1 on the ground floor, adjacent to the business lounge to the right of the main entrance. The room is furnished with a long table with 8 chairs and a large screen with video equipment. You can connect your screen to the AV equipment with Clickshare or HDMI. You will find extra extension cords in the cabinet next to the screen.

Mødelokale 2 finder du i stueetagen i forlængelse af business loungen til højre for hovedindgangen. Lokalet er indrettet med et aflangt bord med 8 stole og en stor skærm med videoudstyr. Du kan koble din skærm til AV-udstyret med Clickshare eller HDMI.

The Lounge
Kontorhusets kantine til højre for hovedindgangen har flere forskellige funktioner. Den har til formål både at fungere som spisested i det daglige, og som auditorie eller eventlokale til større arrangementer. Vi kalder den “loungen”. Loungen kan ikke booke fra kl. 10:00-14:00, da den i det tidsrum er booket til frokost.
Standardopsætningen er tre 20-mands-borde, men det er også muligt at opsætte teaterrækker til 72 personer. Loungen er udstyret med projektor og mørklægningsgardiner.
The office building’s canteen to the right of the main entrance serves multiple functions. It is intended to function both as a daily dining area and as an auditorium or event space for larger gatherings. We call it “the lounge”. The lounge cannot be booked from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, as it is reserved for lunch during that time.
The standard setup consists of three 20-person tables, but it is also possible to arrange theater-style seating for 72 people. The lounge is equipped with a projector and blackout curtains.
