The Union Nordhavn offers large and small meeting rooms, a spacious open atrium/canteen, and an auditorium for larger meetings and events. You can book meeting catering from the building’s kitchen through the meeting booking system, Planner.

Mødelokale 1 finder du i mødecentret til venstre for hovedindgangen i stueetagen. Lokalet er indrettet med et rundt bord med 5 stole, stor skærm med videoudstyr og en tavle. Du kan koble din skærm til AV-udstyret med Clickshare eller HDMI. Du finder ekstra forlængerledning og tilbehør i skabet under skærmen.
You will find Meeting Room 1 in the meeting center to the left of the main entrance on the ground floor. The room is furnished with a round table with 5 chairs, a big screen with video equipment, and a whiteboard. You can connect your screen to the AV equipment using Clickshare or HDMI. Brasserie (canteen)
Jeres virksomhed kan booke kantinen til jeres events. I kan dog ikke booke fra kl. 11:00-13:30, da kantinen i det tidsrum er booket til frokost. Kantinen er indrettet med caféborde og rummer cirka 80 personer.
Auditorium
Jeres virksomhed kan booke auditoriet til større møder og events. I kan dog ikke booke fra kl. 11:00-13:30, da rummet i dett tidsrum er booket til frokost. Auditoriet er indrettet med caféborde og rummer cirka 50 personer. Her er en stor skærm med videoudstyr samt mørklægningsgardiner.
