The Union Vesterport byder på farverige mødelokaler midt i København, som alle er inspireret af den farverige Palads-bygning overfor. Hvis du ikke er lejer i huset, kan vi desværre ikke tilbyde forplejning pt.
The Union Vesterport offers colorful meeting rooms in the heart of Copenhagen, all inspired by the colorful Palads building across the street. Unfortunately, if you are not a tenant in the building, we cannot currently offer catering.
Meeting room 1
Mødelokale 1 finder du i mødecentret i kontorhotellets co-working område til venstre for hovedindgangen i stueetagen. Lokalet er indrettet med et rundt bord med 3 stole og en skærm med videoudstyr. Du kan koble din skærm til AV-udstyret med Clickshare.
You will find Meeting Room 1 in the conference center in the office hotel’s co-working area to the left of the main entrance on the ground floor. The room is furnished with a round table with 3 chairs and a screen with video equipment. You can connect your screen to the AV equipment using Clickshare.

Mødelokale 2 finder du i mødecentret i kontorhotellets co-working område til venstre for hovedindgangen i stueetagen. Lokalet er indrettet med et rundt bord med 4 stole og en skærm med videoudstyr. Du kan koble din skærm til AV-udstyret med Clickshare.
You will find Meeting Room 2 in the conference center in the office hotel’s co-working area to the left of the main entrance on the ground floor. The room is furnished with a round table with 4 chairs and a screen with video equipment. You can connect your screen to the AV equipment using Clickshare.

You will find Meeting Room 3 in the conference center in the office hotel’s co-working area to the left of the main entrance on the ground floor. The room is furnished with a table and benches for approximately 5 people, as well as a whiteboard.

Brasserie (canteen)
Jeres virksomhed kan booke kantinen til jeres events. I kan dog ikke booke fra kl. 11:00-13:30, da kantinen i det tidsrum er booket til frokost. Kantinen er indrettet med lange borde og rummer cirka 80 personer.
Your company can book the canteen for your events. However, no bookings are allowed from 11:00 to 13:30, as the canteen is reserved for lunch during that time slot. The canteen is equipped with long tables and can accommodate about 80 people.
